Due to the COVID situation and the fact that these are non-region games, we have agreed to cancel the basketball games in Turner County on Saturday, January 15th.
Tift County Basketball will be back in action at the PALACE tonight! The girl's game begins at 6pm with the boys game immediately following. Capacity will be limited to 70%. All games will be streamed live on NFHS.
The 2022 Inductees into the Tift County Athletic Hall of Fame will be recognized at half time of the girl's game. #4theT

The 2021-2022 Induction Ceremony for the Tift County Athletic Hall of Fame will be held Saturday, January 8th at 4:30pm in the TCHS Performing Arts Center. This year's inductees include:
Coach: Fred Tucker
Individuals: Ricky Holt, Lindy Dorminy Bengston, Emmett Smith, Tadric Jackson, Garland Ingram, Brian Jackson, and Gwen Cottle Spurlin
Teams: 2006-2007 Football Team and 2011 Girls Golf Team
Meritorious Service Award: Anthony Bateman
The inductees will also be recognized at half time of the girls basketball game that night.

Tift Co. hosted the middle school conference wrestling tournament and had one of the most dominating performances in the school's history. Out of 21 weight classes in our region, our wrestlers place first in 14 of them. This is their 7th conference championship in a row! #4theT
Come out and support the Tift County Basketball Teams tomorrow night when the Valdosta Wildcats come to the Palace. The Lady Devils tip off at 7:00 pm with the boys game immediately following. Both games will be available live on NFHS. #4theT

Congratulations to Tift County defensive standout Tyre West on his commitment to play with the Tennessee Volunteers next fall. The decision was announced at a signing ceremony at TCHS after he named his top 2 choices at Annie Belle Clark Elementary earlier today.. #4theT
